Mary Cranston

Mary Cranston is an accomplished board director with extensive experience in corporate governance and committee leadership. Currently serving as Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee at TPG since January 2022 and as Director and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee at Chemours, Inc. since May 2015, Mary has held several significant positions across various organizations. Notable past roles include Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee at CSAA Insurance Group until September 2023, as well as Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Visa until January 2023. Mary’s diverse background also includes positions with Boardspan, MyoKardia, Stanford Children's Health, Juniper Networks, Exponent, and International Rectifier.
