Melanie Eisen

Melanie Eisen is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director of Human Resources at TPG, Melanie has previously held positions such as Senior Director and Director of Human Resources. Prior experience includes a Vice President role focused on Total Rewards at BlackRock, as well as a position in Human Capital at D. E. Shaw & Co. and an Analyst role at Mercer. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Baruch College.
