Rebecca Soulsby

Rebecca Soulsby (née Schultz) currently serves as Principal at TPG, beginning in September 2024. Prior to this role, Rebecca was Director at bd-capital from September 2019 to August 2024 and held the position of Assistant Director at Advent International from June 2014 to October 2019, where Rebecca also worked as an Associate. Early in Rebecca's career, experience was gained as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from July 2013 to June 2014. Rebecca's educational background includes a Master’s in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford, a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Adelaide, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The Australian National University, complemented by a year as a Visiting Student at Trinity College Dublin. The foundational education was completed at Seymour College, culminating in a SACE.
