Richard Seow

Richard Seow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance, investment banking, and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Steering Committee Member for the Singapore 2025 World Para Swimming Championships and a Senior Advisor at TPG, Richard has also held significant positions such as Chairman of the Board at Pathology Asia Holdings and previously at Parkway Holdings. Richard's advisory role at Sport Singapore spanned over a decade, alongside board membership at Healthscope. Prior to these roles, Richard held senior positions at prominent financial institutions including Citi, where responsibilities included managing Southeast Asia Investment Banking, Goldman Sachs as Executive Director for Asia Pacific Investment Banking, and J.P. Morgan as an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions. Richard's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California and a BS in Economics from the University of Oregon.
