Tracy Delaney Goffney

Tracy Delaney Goffney is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fund accounting and management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Fund Accounting at TPG since September 2014, Goffney oversees a team of over 80 accountants and controllers responsible for the accounting and operational functions of more than 50 private equity and real estate funds. Prior to TPG, Goffney held the position of VP in the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, managing fund operations for multiple private equity funds. Experience also includes roles as Sr. Associate Partnership Controller at Northport, Tax Accountant at Vornado Realty Trust, and Auditor/Tax Accountant at Demetrius & Company, complemented by an MBA from Texas Christian University and a BS in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
