Adem Kocahasan

Adem Kocahasan is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in production management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Production Manager at TPI Composites, Inc., Adem oversees a production team of over 1,000 staff members in the leading global wind blade manufacturing sector. Prior experience includes roles at Vestel, where Adem managed after-sales operations, technical product management, and led production departments, demonstrating a strong ability to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction. Adem began a career in the Turkish Air Force as a System Engineer. Adem holds a Master of Business Administration from Bilkent University and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
