Deane Ilukowicz

Deane Ilukowicz has been working in human resources for over thirty years. Deane started their career at Deluxe Corporation in 1990, where they held various roles in both operations and human resources. In 2000, they were promoted to VP of Human Resources at eFunds. Deane held this position for six years before being recruited by Discover Financial Services as their Director of Human Resources in 2006. After three years at Discover, Deane was recruited by Hypertherm, Inc. as their Chief Human Resources Officer. Deane held this position for four years before returning to the financial sector as the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at TransUnion in 2014. In their current role as SVP of Global Human Resources at TPI Composites, Deane is responsible for shaping desired management practices throughout the company and facilitating human resource development initiatives.
