Derek Wickliff

Derek Wickliff has extensive experience in production management and operations, currently serving as Field Service Manager and Value Stream Manager at TPI Composites, Inc. since November 2014. In these roles, Derek leads a shift of five production leaders and approximately 200 direct reports, overseeing all shift operations and coordinating activities to align with business goals. Previously, Derek held the position of Production Leader (Molding) at TPI Composites, managing the daily operations and payroll for over 40 associates. Prior experience includes roles at Kinze Manufacturing, Inc. as a Painter/Powdercoat and Assembler, at Renewable Energy Group as an Operator focusing on biodiesel production, and at RYCO Hydraulics Pty Ltd as an Assembler. Derek also served as Team Leader at TPI Composites, overseeing the assembly of wind turbines and stepping in as a backup shift supervisor for 150 associates.
