Doug Noblitt

Doug Noblitt has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Doug started their career at Global One Communications, where they served as Director of Finance and Controller, managing accounting and finance operations. Doug then joined Level 3 Communications as Sr. Manager of Capital Planning and later became Director of Business Operations. Doug also worked as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at VeloCom, where they raised over $2.5 billion in equity and debt financing. Doug served as Director at Sierra Consulting Group, working on various restructuring cases. At CRG Partners, they provided advisory services and restructuring recommendations for distressed companies. Doug was Executive Vice-President of Finance at Tallwave, where they led all finance and accounting responsibilities and raised over $7 million in funding. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President and Treasurer at TPI Composites, where they lead financial modeling, analysis, working capital management, and negotiation processes for financing transactions.

Doug Noblitt earned a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Wyoming in 1991. Doug later obtained a Master's degree in International Business Studies (MIBS) with concentrations in Finance and Latin America from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business in 1993. Additionally, they completed several certifications focusing on topics such as labor markets in Latin America, treasury management, economic and financial analysis, and insolvency and restructuring.
