Edwin Victor

Edwin Victor has a diverse work experience ranging from technical roles to managerial positions in the IT industry. Edwin is currently working at TPI Composites, Inc. as the Director of IT since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. IT Manager, Digital Transformation from November 2021 to April 2023 and IT Manager, Digital Transformation from January 2021 to November 2021 at the same company.

Before joining TPI Composites, Inc., Edwin worked at NTT DATA Services, a global IT services company. Edwin served as Director of IT from October 2020 to January 2021, Associate Director from February 2013 to September 2020, Program Manager from July 2010 to February 2013, Project Manager from March 2008 to June 2010, and Project Lead from March 2007 to March 2008.

Edwin's earlier experience includes working at Caritor (India) Private Limited in Bangalore. Edwin held the position of Technical Team Lead-Onsite from March 2005 to February 2007, Technical Team Lead from December 2004 to March 2005, and Senior Software Engineer from March 2004 to November 2004.

Edwin Victor obtained their M.Sc degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers" and "Customer Service: Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting" from LinkedIn. Edwin also holds the certification of "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in November 2023.
