Ersen Çelik

Ersen Çelik is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in wind blade manufacturing and quality control. Beginning as a Quality Engineer at OMV, Ersen transitioned to TPI Composites, Inc., where responsibilities expanded across various roles including Process Engineer, Engineering Manager, Process Engineering Lead, and ultimately Senior Engineering Manager. Key achievements include managing a large engineering team, overseeing new product introductions, and implementing quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Currently pursuing an MBA in Energy at Sabancı University, Ersen holds dual degrees in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from both Tehnièeski universitet Varna and Instituto Superior Técnico.
