Jessica Kadlec currently serves as Principal Engineer for Global Quality and the Chief Engineer's Office at TPI Composites, Inc., a position held since August 2020. Previously, Jessica was a Design Manager at TAIT Towers, coordinating design efforts for major concert tours and implementing workflow efficiencies. Jessica's engineering career began at GE Renewable Energy, where notable roles included Engineering Manager for Wind Blade Innovation and Testing, leading rapid design projects and innovative testing methodologies. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering with a focus on Energy Systems from Cornell University, alongside a certificate in Business Analytics from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree in Biological and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University.
