Serdar Demir is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the wind blade manufacturing industry, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at TPI Composites, Inc. since August 2012. Demir has managed multiple projects, including the startup of key wind blade manufacturing initiatives, overseeing department budgets and labor requirements. Prior roles include Engineering Manager and Process Engineering Executive, where responsibilities encompassed the development of process engineering deliverables and continuous improvement efforts. Additionally, internships at Ege Makina San. ve Tic.
