Tyler Phillips

Tyler Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tyler began their career in 2004 at Nero Plastics, where they served as a Tooling and Project Manager until 2008. Following this, they joined TPI Composites, Inc. as a Process Engineer from 2008 to 2010. Tyler then shifted to Energetx Composites in 2010, working as a Sr. Process Engineer until 2015. Tyler returned to TPI Composites, Inc. in 2015 and held various positions including Technical Program Manager, Global Technical Program Manager, and Principal Engineer. Currently, Tyler is serving as the Director of Global Engineering at TPI Composites, Inc.

Tyler Phillips earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics from Ferris State University in the period of 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a Performance Leadership Certificate and an Executive Leadership Certificate at Cornell University starting in 2022.
