Amber Farnham

Amber Farnham has a solid work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Amber started their career in 2002 as an HR Assistant at Vermont Castings and worked there until 2007. In 2008, they joined groSolar as a Payroll and HR Generalist and stayed until 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at New England Industries as a Payroll and Human Resources Administrator. In 2015, they returned to TPI Staffing Group as a General Manager and held that position until 2017. Amber then resumed their General Manager role at TPI Staffing Group in 2018 and was promoted to the Director of Recruiting Quality in September 2020.
