Denise Mendez, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compliance and management. Currently serving as Senior HR & Compliance Manager at TPI Staffing, Inc. since November 2017, Denise oversees Texas Workforce Commission claims and conducts root cause analysis to manage workers' compensation costs. Previously, as HR Manager at G4S from May 2017 to November 2017, Denise developed HR policies and provided guidance on disciplinary matters and labor relations. Denise also worked as a Corporate Human Resources Generalist at Effex Management Solutions from May 2011 to May 2017, where responsibilities included implementing an ATS system and advising on investigation techniques. Denise obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Montclair State University in 2014 and is currently pursuing an MBA at the same institution.
