Born in 1974, civil engineer from UEL – Universidade Estadual de Londrina, postgraduate degree in financial administration, accounting and controllership from INBRAPE and an MBA in business management from FGV. He has been with the group since 1998 and joined TPI in 2007, where he participated in the Company's IPO and in tenders for highway concessions. In 2008 he was CEO of Triunfo Convale (Rodovia Ayrton Senna / Carvalho Pinto) and in 2009 CEO of TACS – Triunfo Administradora e Corretora de Seguros. In 2011, he took over the New Business Department and led the structuring of the concessions for Viracopos Airport and Triunfo Concebra (1,176.5 km of Highways BR-060 / 153/060). In 2014, he was Engineering Director at Triunfo Concebra, where he structured the team and processes and negotiated the highway construction contracts. He then returned to the TPI board to do M& Transbrasiliana, having served as CEO of the concessionaire from 2015 to 2018, and in 2017 he accumulated the position of CFO. Since June 2018, he has taken over the Directorship of Business Development at TPI, with the mission of developing the Brites Port Terminal project in Santos. He does not act in the management of any other company under the same control as the Company.

TPI Triunfo Participacoes e Investimentos SA (Triunfo) is a Brazil-based holding company primarily engaged in the operation of highways. The Company divides its business into four main segments: Highway Concessions, Ports Administration, Coastal Shipping and Energy. In the Highway Concessions segment, Triunfo is active in the management, toll collection, maintenance and conservation of roads. In the Port Administration segment, it is active in the port operation and warehousing services. In the Coastal Shipping segment, the Company is mainly involved in the cargo water transportation and navigation services. In the Energy segment, it is engaged in the generation and transmission of electric power. Triunfo owns a number of subsidiaries, including Empresa Concessionaria de Rodovias do Norte SA and Transbrasiliana Concessionaria de Rodovia SA, among others. On August 26, 2014 the Company has acquired Fundo de Investimento em Participacoes Constantinopla.
