Tooba Rahman

Tooba Rahman is an experienced professional in the fields of Learning, Development, and Human Resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at TPL Corp Ltd. since December 2023, Tooba has previously held key roles at Gaditek from January 2022 to December 2023, including Team Lead of Learning, Development & Culture, and Senior Executive in Human Resources. Prior to this, Tooba worked as a Senior Officer in Group Benefits at EFU Life Assurance Ltd. from January 2021 to January 2022, interned in Onboarding at K-Electric in late 2020, and gained initial experience as a Human Resources (T&D) Intern at Pakistan Petroleum Limited in 2019. Tooba holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources from the Institute of Business Management, completed between 2016 and 2020.
