Khalid Hussain

Khalid Hussain is an accomplished software development professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Head of Software at TPL Insurance since January 2020, Khalid spearheaded projects such as the implementation of a RASA Chatbot and the creation of a virtual learning platform that supports over 60,000 agents. Previously, Khalid held various roles at TPL Corp Ltd., including AVP Software Development, Senior Manager Software Development, and Manager Software Development, where responsibilities encompassed corporate digitization strategy, requirement analysis, and product development for multiple insurance domains. Khalid also has experience from earlier positions at THK Solutions, Pacific Delta Shipping, and Faysal Associates, along with a Master of Computer Science degree and a Machine Learning certification.
