Joel Hanneman

Joel Hanneman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical solutions and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Technical Solutions at TPM, Joel has held multiple roles focused on automation and integration since May 2021. Prior to this, Joel was Practice Leader for Engineering and Manufacturing Technologies at Biltmore Management Advisors and worked as a CPQ & Design Automation Consultant. Notable previous positions include Director of Operations at Door Works Company and General Manager at Nikotrack LLC. Joel is also the founder of Ocean Project Services, LLC, and played a key role in establishing the Rhode Island Team Racing Association. Joel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and a Certificate in Management Accounting from the University of California, Berkeley.
