Briana Hightower is a certified medical assistant with extensive experience in the healthcare and wellness sectors. Currently serving at Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group since June 2019, Briana previously held the position of surgical coordinator at Tidewater Orthopaedic Associates from December 2015 to June 2019. Prior roles include operations and marketing manager at Bay Bliss Day Spa, Inc. & Preserve Skin, Inc., as well as customer service coordinator at Preserve Skin, Inc. and assistant manager at The Body Shop. Briana Hightower earned a degree in Massage Therapy with 500 hours of training from the American Spirit Institute between 2015 and 2016.

Our group began with four primary care medical groups in Newport News, Hampton and Yorktown, Virginia. Today, TPMG includes over 220 primary care, specialty physicians and advanced practice clinicians in 87 locations who provide care to patients throughout southeastern Virginia. Our physicians have long-standing relationships with the patients they serve and are well-respected for their medical and community leadership.
