Laila Chen has extensive work experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Laila has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Marketing Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation in 2008. Laila later worked at comScore, Inc. as a Sr Manager of Client Services before moving to Walgreens as part of the eCommerce Marketing team. At Walgreens, Laila developed and executed strategic marketing campaigns, managed creative teams, and worked closely with both internal and external partners.
In 2013, Laila joined Lunchbox as an Account Supervisor, where they led the planning, strategy, and execution of digital programs for Unilever at Target. Their responsibilities included managing various digital platforms and driving sales through retail partners.
Laila then transitioned to Upshot in 2014, working as a Digital Strategist/Account Director. Here, they utilized their expertise in digital marketing to develop effective strategies and drive customer engagement.
Most recently, Laila has been employed at TPN, where they have held several roles since 2017. Laila started as an Account Director and steadily progressed to Group Account Director, VP Account Services, and currently serves as SVP Account Services.
Throughout their career, Laila has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, develop and execute marketing strategies, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve results.
Laila Chen holds a BA in Political Science from Northwestern University. Laila also completed the Omnicom University's Advanced Management Program at Babson College in 2019. Prior to their university studies, they attended Whitney Young High School.
