In April 2012, the Group established TP Vision, a joint-venture company with Philips, to oversee Philips’ TV business in most regions of the world. In June 2014, TP Vision formally became a wholly-owned subsidiary of TPV.

We are listed on both the Hong Kong and Singapore stock exchanges since 1999.
