Prior to that, James held the role of Design Project Manager at Glumac, managing projects from planning to construction. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Environmental Engineering from the University of Nottingham and a Master’s Degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
