Ricky Fetters has extensive experience in environmental, health, and safety management, having served as the Environmental, Health and Safety Manager at Texas Pipe Works, Inc. since February 1996. Previously held the position of H.S. & E. & Facilities Manager at the same company until September 2023. Ricky Fetters completed education at Memphis High School.
