Misty Thompson

Misty Thompson serves as the Director of Operations Learning and Development at TPx since October 2021, having previously held the position of Sr. Manager of Technical Training and Knowledge. From July 2008 to October 2021, Misty worked at PGi in various roles, including Global Team Manager for Training and Tech Writing, where responsibilities involved developing and delivering learning solutions for the internal global Customer Care organization. Prior experience also includes positions as a Training Specialist, delivering procedural system training across multiple countries, and as a Conference Support Specialist, facilitating high-level conference calls for Fortune 500 companies. Misty’s expertise lies in effectively translating departmental procedures into process documentation and training materials while adapting delivery methods to meet diverse learning needs.
