Randy Estep

Randy Estep has over 25 years of experience in procurement and IT management. Randy currently serves as the Vice President of Procurement at TPx Communications since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Laureate International Universities from 2014 to 2020, holding positions such as Executive Director of Global Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and Director of Global IT Procurement & Sourcing. Before Laureate, Randy worked at GXS from 2007 to 2014, where they held various roles including Director of Global Procurement and Director of Enterprise Services. Randy also has experience as a General Manager & VP of Operations at Intelligent Technology Systems from 2002 to 2007, and as the founder and President of Estep Enterprises, Inc. from 1995 to 2006. Randy started their career at John H. Harland as a Technology Systems Architecture Project Manager from 1996 to 2001. Throughout their career, Randy has demonstrated expertise in vendor management, contract negotiations, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization.

Randy Estep obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Business from the University of Liverpool between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Computer Operations Diploma with a focus on Accounting and Business at Gwinnett College of Business from 1990 to 1992. In 1988 and 1989, they attended DeVry Institute of Technology for Computer Information Systems.
