Amanda Johnson is a seasoned service and experience designer with extensive expertise in User Centred Design (UCD) methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at TPXimpact since January 2023, Amanda has led initiatives for Lancashire County Council aimed at improving service delivery. Prior to this, Amanda contributed to Paper as a Senior Service Designer, focusing on the company's Net Zero strategy and collaborating with the Ministry of Justice. As Head of UX at RetroFuzz Ltd, Amanda managed diverse projects for global brands, emphasizing research and design optimization. Additional roles include Industry Lead and Mentor at Hyper Island, where Amanda guided Masters students, and previous positions at the BBC, RM Education, Visual Jazz, Tribal DDB, and IBM Australia. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Photography from RMIT University and an Associate Diploma of Fine Arts from Box Hill Institute.
