Debbie Searle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivery management and operational improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Delivery Manager at TPXimpact since July 2022, Debbie also holds the position of Engagement and Pilot Lead at UKHSA, where responsibilities include supporting the pandemic response through Test and Trace and engaging underserved communities.
