Emma Halliday has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emma is currently working as the Lead Design Manager at TPXimpact since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Service Designer at TPXimpact from March 2022 to October 2022. Additionally, Emma worked at Difrent as a Senior Service Designer from March 2021 to March 2022. Emma also has experience at Atos, where they held positions such as Customer Experience Manager from May 2020 to March 2021, and Lead Service Designer from April 2019 to April 2020. Emma was the Program Lead at Ulster University Business School from April 2018 to March 2019. Emma started their career at Atos as a Customer Centric Design Analyst from September 2015 to March 2018. Prior to that, Emma worked as the License Holder & Duty Manager at The Stewartfield Farm from April 2012 to September 2015.
Emma Halliday attended the University of the West of Scotland from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Business.
