Kate Taylor

Kate Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in urban regeneration and infrastructure project management. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at TPXimpact, Kate focuses on place, infrastructure, and housing since June 2022. Previously, Kate was a Partner at Connected Places Catapult, where leadership of the Digital Planning Team took place from August 2019 to July 2022. Prior roles include Head of Delivery at Homes England, managing the Housing Infrastructure Fund, and consultancy at Good Innovation. Kate also held project management positions at Mace Group and London and Quadrant Housing Association, responsible for delivering complex urban regeneration projects. Kate's career began at the Homes & Communities Agency as a Special Projects Officer. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from The University of Manchester.
