Natalie Record is a Senior Partner for Major Projects in Place and Infrastructure at TPXimpact, serving as a Strategic Delivery Partner in the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government's Digital Planning Programme. Previous experience includes roles as Ecosystem Director and Housing Innovation Lead at Connected Places Catapult, where Natalie developed innovative programs to enhance the UK's built environment. Additional positions include Digital Housing and Planning Policy Lead at the Ministry of Housing, Planning Consultant at Savills and Scott Brownrigg, and co-founding Walulel, a PropTech startup. Natalie's educational background includes an MSc in Sustainable Urban Development from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Urban Planning, Design and Management from University College London.
