Noel Douglas

Noel Douglas is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at TPXimpact, a B Corp™, where responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of finance and providing strategic support to the CEO. Prior to this role, Noel held the CFO position at AND Digital, focusing on digital transformation with an annual revenue of £140 million. As Group Financial Controller at Endava, Noel managed a large global team responsible for accounting and reporting in a UK-listed IT services company generating £795 million in revenue. Noel's previous experience includes leadership roles at IHS Markit and BT, with a strong foundation in finance and consulting from Ernst and Young. Noel is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cardiff University.
