Previously, as HR Manager at Dawacom Group, responsibilities included managing performance cycles and talent management programs. Early career roles featured HR Specialist at Al Ain Zoo, where Ghassan contributed to policy development and employee evaluation, as well as serving as Admin Officer at Ajman University of Science & Technology Network. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and an MSc in Physics from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University. Ghassan also has a background in academia, having taught physics at both Ajman University and Universal School.
