Rafael Rodriguez

Rafael Rodriguez's work experience includes various roles in both military and civilian organizations. Rafael worked as a Program Manager at TQI Solutions starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Information Warfare Division at HQDA OCAR from 2020 to 2022. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Director of Training, Readiness, and Exercises at ARCYBER. Before that, they held the position of Deputy Commander at 505th TTSB from 2016 to 2017. In 2015, they attended the US Army War College as a Resident Student. Earlier in their career, they worked at various positions including IT Specialist at HQDA G1, Information Services Division Chief at 310th ESC G6, Signal Chief at AR-MEDCOM G2/6, and Information Assurance Officer at HRC-ST LOUIS. Rafael started their career at USARC as a Strategic Planner & RLAS with G2/6 CIO.

Rafael Rodriguez's education history includes a Master's Degree in Military Strategic Studies, General from the US Army War College in 2015-2016. In 2014, they completed the Reserve Component National Security Course at the National Defense University. In 2013, they received certificates from Global Knowledge in Project Management, Leadership, and Communication, as well as in IT Project Management. Rafael also obtained a certificate in Combating Terrorist Networks Interagency Seminar (CbTNIS) from the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) in the same year. In 2004-2005, they earned a Master's Degree in Information Technology Management from TUI University.
