Joe Wheatley

Joe Wheatley's work experience starts in 2014 as a Supporter Contact Advisor for Cancer Research UK, where they handled supporter calls and provided excellent customer service. Joe later became a Supporter Contact Executive, responsible for supervising a team of 16 colleagues and delivering training.

In 2015, Joe worked as a Policy & Performance Support Officer for Oxfordshire County Council, followed by a Policy and Partnership Officer role.

From 2016 to 2018, Joe worked for Thames Valley Police as a Programme Management Officer and later as a Business Change Manager, overseeing projects related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and implementing ERP solutions.

Moving forward, Joe joined Symphony Ventures in 2018 as a Senior Consultant, where they built the change management practice and established a framework for engagements. Joe later became a Consulting Manager, leading the change management and workforce strategy advisory practice.

In 2019, Joe briefly worked as a Principal Consultant at Triad Group Plc, focusing on building out their intelligent automation offering, before returning to Symphony Ventures as a Manager.

From 2020 to 2021, Joe continued their role at Symphony Ventures as a Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation. During this time, Symphony Ventures transitioned to become SYKES Digital Services, a digital transformation consulting firm.

In 2021, Joe joined Virtual Operations as a Commercial Director before moving to their current position as a Strategy Director at Tquila Automation in 2022. In this role, they support clients in implementing AI and automation strategies to achieve their organizational goals.

Joe Wheatley has a diverse education history. Joe obtained a BA (hons) degree in Politics with Economics and French from Loughborough University between 2009 and 2013. During the same period, they also pursued Etudes Integrees (Integrated Studies) in Sciences Politiques et Economiques at Sciences Po Lyon - Institut d'Etudes Politiques. Later, Joe attended Loughborough Business School from 2017 to 2019, where they earned an MSc. in Information Management and Business Technology, specializing in the field of Business and Technology. In 2018-2020, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business Management at Universitat de Barcelona.

In addition to their formal education, Joe Wheatley has obtained several certifications. Joe is a Professional Scrum Master certified by Scrum.org (December 2019), a Solution Architect certified by UiPath (November 2019), a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist certified by Scaled Agile Inc (November 2018), a Change Management Practitioner certified by APMG International (December 2016), and a PRINCE 2 Practitioner certified by AXELOS Global Best Practice (April 2015).
