Ed Shepherdson

Ed Shepherdson has had a long and successful career in business and technology transformation. Ed began their career in 2006 as an Executive Consultant with EWS Consulting, where they launched an S-Corp and co-founded ExBorders Inc. In 2010, Ed joined Coveo as the SVP of Business Optimization and leveraged their expertise in business intelligence, analytics, and customer service to expand offerings and develop a Customer Support Services solution. In 2015, Ed joined Kinaxis as the EVP Products and Service Operations, where they led Customer Support and Data Center Operations, R&D, Product Management, and high-capacity fully certified (SOC II) operations. In 2017, Ed joined Adaptiv Networks as the Chief Product Officer and Chief Success Officer, where they directed R&D, Network Operations, Quality Assurance, Customer Support, and Partner Support. Most recently, in 2020, Ed joined Tr3Dent as the Chief Growth Officer (Ecosystem Design for Digital Transformation). In this role, they are responsible for Transformation Accelerator, a next-generation business ecosystem modeling platform used to strategically design and visualize the new digital enterprise.

Ed Shepherdson has a diverse educational background, having obtained a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from The Graduate Institute, an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University, a Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern California for Professional Students, and professional development training.
