Irena Bakker

Irena Bakker is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Head of People and Capability at TRA, an insight agency focused on leveraging human behavior and intelligent data to address complex client challenges. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of HR and Talent at WPP AUNZ and Group Talent Director at GroupM, where strategies were developed for various agencies in New Zealand. Additional experience encompasses managerial positions at Righthouse NZ Ltd, Convergence Partners Ltd, Hudson Highland Group, and OCG Consulting Ltd, alongside earlier roles as a Moneymarket Dealer at HSBC and Dealer at Citibank. Irena holds a law degree (LLB) from the University of Auckland and completed secondary education at Revius Lyceum in the Netherlands.
