Co-founder and CEO at Trabotyx

Tim Kreukniet has worked in a variety of roles in the energy and electric vehicle industry since 2008. In 2008, they were an Intern in the Political Affairs department of the Royal Dutch Embassy in Moscow, where they were responsible for projects on Discrimination in Russia, Russian-Ukranian Relations, and Civil Society Projects. Tim also set up a database of 500 Russian experts and assisted on Russian-US-Nato relations. In 2009, they were an Incoming Exchange Coordinator for AIESEC in Maastricht. In 2010, they were a Project Initiator and Member Acquisition for DOET, a Dutch Organization for Electric Transport. In 2012, they were a Senior Adviseur Duurzame Energie for Qurrent. In 2013, they co-founded and was a consultant for Energy Transition New York, where they had an understanding of the potential and obstacles of the electric vehicle and microgrid market. In 2016, they were the VP Business Development and Director North America for EVBox, a global manufacturer of electric vehicle charging stations and charging management software. Currently, they are the Co-founder and CEO of Trabotyx.

Tim Kreukniet received their Bsc in European Studies from Maastricht University in 2008. Tim then completed a Language Certificate B2 in Russian from Maritime State University named after Admiral G.I. Nevelsky (MSU) in 2008. In 2009-2010, they completed an Msc in Political Science - International Energy Relations from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Finally, they completed a year long course on Strategic Campaining and Communication from BKB Academie in 2012-2013.
