Katherine M. Whalen

Katherine M. Whalen currently serves as the Executive Vice President Chief Legal Officer at TRAC Intermodal, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Katherine was the Senior Vice President & General Counsel for the Americas at Azelis from February 2018 to April 2024. Katherine's earlier experience includes serving as Deputy General Counsel at Media General from December 2014 to February 2017 and at LIN Media from March 2007 to December 2014. Katherine began legal career as an Associate at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP from 2006 to 2007 and at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge from 2002 to 2006. Katherine holds a Juris Doctor degree from Notre Dame Law School, earned between 1999 and 2002, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 1995.
