Nicholas Mastoris

Nicholas Mastoris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and UX/UI design. Currently serving as the Senior Customer-Facing Product Owner and UX/UI Design Lead at TRAC Intermodal since June 2017, Nicholas leads the strategy and execution of customer-facing applications, optimizing user experience and achieving annual cost savings of $250K. Previously, Nicholas worked at 4S Technologies as a Product Owner and Senior UX/UI Designer, where significant enhancements in user experience resulted in a consistent 10% increase in adoption rates. Additionally, Nicholas has held roles in marketing and customer service, complementing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Multimedia Design and Development from DeVry University.
