Rachel Marion

Rachel Marion has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rachel started their career as a Brand Representative at Hollister Co. while still in high school. Rachel gained valuable sales and customer service skills in this role. After moving to Cincinnati for college, they continued working for Hollister Co. in different positions, including Keyholder/Manager on Duty and Assistant Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for training and supervising associates and maintaining a customer-focused environment.

Rachel also had internships at Stonebridge Medical and Global Rallycross, where they gained experience in sales and marketing and managed site logistics at international venues. Rachel then joined Transparent Medical as a Sales and Marketing Intern, where they worked on promoting a respiratory therapy device.

Most recently, Rachel worked as a Sales Operations Specialist at Portable Vent Solutions and Sales Specialist at Trace Medical.

Throughout their career, Rachel has consistently demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a focus on meeting revenue targets. Rachel has experience managing teams, conducting store walk-throughs, and recruiting and hiring new associates.

Rachel Marion graduated from Aquinas Institute in 2014 with a high school degree. Afterwards, they attended Xavier University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
