Charles Thomé has work experience in various industries and roles. Charles started their career in 2012 at GASCOGNE PAPER, where they worked in the stationery industry. In 2014, they worked as a Quality Engineer at Lyonnaise des Eaux. In 2015, they gained experience in transportation management at Autocars Planche. From 2016 to 2016, they were involved in health, safety, environment, and quality consulting at CALIX-Conseil. In 2017, they joined SGS as a Chef de projet qualité automobile, and they worked there until 2019. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Trace One, starting from October 2019.

Charles Thomé obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sciences et vie de l'Ingénieur from Université catholique de Lille, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Before that, they completed their secondary education at Lycée Louis de Broglie and received their Baccalauréat S in the field of Environnement in 2010. Furthermore, they pursued their higher education at Institut Supérieur de l'Environnement from 2013 to 2016 and obtained the degree of Ingénieur in the field of Environnement.
