Elena Tatarasanu has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2018 to present, they have been working at Trace One as a Team Lead - Product Support Specialist. In this role, they assist the Customer Support Center Manager in managing day-to-day operations and mentors other Customer Support Engineers. Prior to this, Elena worked as a Product Support Specialist at Trace One from June 2018 to December 2018. In this position, they resolved customer inquiries, ensured customer satisfaction, and coordinated the provision of product fixes.
Before joining Trace One, Elena worked at IBM from April 2012 to June 2017 as an Infrastructure Specialist - Application Server Administration, where they conducted Service Desk and Incident Management for client IT procurement applications.
From December 2010 to April 2012, they worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Contract Admin. In this role, they took ownership of front office responsibilities, coordinated activities, and acted as an interface between various parties involved in the process.
Lastly, Elena worked at Genpact from April 2008 to December 2010 as an IT Analyst.
Elena Tatarasanu obtained their Baccalaureate Diploma in Mathematics - Informatics from C-tin Carabella Highschool in Târgoviște, Dâmbovița in the years 2004 to 2007. Elena then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Translator-Interpreter-Terminologist from the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures at the University of Bucharest from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they completed a Master's degree in Economics from updates for freshers between 2010 and 2012.
In terms of certifications, Elena obtained the ITIL Foundation V3 Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2016. Elena also earned the Goethe Zertifikat C1 from the Goethe-Institut e.V. in 2007.
