Erika Redaelli

Erika Redaelli has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting from 2007, they worked as a Borsista di Ricerca Applicata at ITB-CNR Proteomics Unit. In 2009, they became a QC Analyst at Eurand. Following that, they joined Recordati as a Drug Development Analyst in 2010. In the same year, they also began their tenure at Nestlé, where they held multiple roles in Regulatory and Scientific Affairs, including the positions of Sanpellegrino International Regulatory & Scientific Affairs and Sanpellegrino R&D Formula Project Manager. In 2020, they moved to Selerant as the Global Head - Regulatory and Scientific Services. Most recently, in 2023, they were appointed as the Global Head of Regulatory & Scientific Affairs at Trace One.

Erika Redaelli obtained their Industrial Biotechnologies Master Degree from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, specializing in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Erika studied at the university from 2002 to 2008.
