Nafissatou S. has a diverse range of work experience. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at LA PULPE SA as a Responsible quality, where they verified and validated quality documents, responded to customer inquiries, and conducted product quality control. Nafissatou then worked at Hubert coup de pâtes as an Assistant quality export in 2012, acting as the quality reference for foreign clients and handling the interface between the quality and export departments.

Nafissatou communicated with international customers through social media, organized events, and implemented a customer satisfaction and retention strategy.
In 2018, Nafissatou joined AmRest as a Food Safety Manager, ensuring the sanitary safety of products delivered to customers and contributing to the development of the company's quality policy. Nafissatou also represented the Pizza Hut and KFC brands to the National Union of Fast Food Restaurants. Within AmRest, they also served as a Quality Manager in 2019, overseeing audits, supporting restaurants in implementing corrective actions, analyzing performance indicators, and updating internal procedures and HACCP manuals.
Currently, Nafissatou holds the position of Customer Success Supplier Specialist at Trace One, starting in 2022.
Nafissatou S. attended L'Institut Agro Montpellier from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Ingénieur agroalimentaire. Their field of study focused on Agro-industrie / affaires agricoles.
