The Engineering and Technology team at Trace One is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the company's SaaS-based e-collaborative platform. This team ensures the seamless functionality and security of the platform, supports IT infrastructure, manages projects, handles user interface and experience design, and ensures high-quality software delivery through agile methodologies. They also facilitate continuous integration and deployment, support end-users, and maintain robust network security to enable effective private label quality management and global e-sourcing collaborations.
