Anne Hoffman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and service management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success and Services at Trace3 since August 2010, Anne has transformed the customer journey by integrating customer experience activities and lifecycle approaches across the organization. Prior to Trace3, Anne held several positions at LaSalle Solutions, including Life Cycle Success Engagement Manager and Client Success Supervisor, where responsibilities included developing customer relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction. Earlier roles also encompassed managing commercial to enterprise-level accounts and ensuring the accuracy of IT infrastructure information. Anne's education includes studies at Florida State College at Jacksonville and Tidewater Community College.
