Dag Sjolund has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dag started their career at Best Western International, Inc. in 1995, where they served as a Sr. Systems Engineer/Architect for almost a decade. In 2004, they joined EMC Corporation as an Advisory Technology Consultant before moving on to VMware in 2007 as a Sr. Systems Engineer. In the same year, they also took on the role of Sr. Solutions Architect at Trace3. Over the years, Dag held various positions at Trace3, including Sr. Account Executive, District Manager, and VP of Strategic Accounts. In 2015, they assumed the position of VP of Innovation and Strategic Business Development at Trace3. In 2012, Dag became a Partner at InstantScale Capital, where they remained until 2017. Overall, Dag has demonstrated their expertise in technology and business development throughout their career.
Dag Sjolund completed their B.A. in International Management at Central College from 1992 to 1995. Dag then pursued a Master of Science in Information Management at the W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including ones from NetApp, VMware, EMC, SNIA, (ISC)², Microsoft, Cisco, and Citrix between 1999 and 2008.
