Jay Soon

Jay Soon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and technological innovation. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director for the West Region and Head of Management Consulting at Trace3 since July 2018, Jay Soon launched and manages the Management Consulting business unit, while also connecting clients with emerging technologies as a Managing Director and Innovation Principal. Prior to Trace3, Jay Soon held the role of Principal & Owner in Financial Services at Point B from May 2014 to July 2018 and worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers from June 2006 to May 2014 as Manager and Senior Associate. Jay Soon began the career as a Management Analyst at BearingPoint from December 2004 to June 2006. Jay Soon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University, completed in 2004.
